## Description

desertcart.com : Kangaroo Hoppers Gymnastics Cheese Wedge Mat for Kids Ages 1-12 | 3 Sizes Folding Incline Mat with High-Density EPE Foam and Removable PVC Leather Cover, Home Gym Training Equipment : Sports & Outdoors

Review: Really great for home use! - Got the medium one for our 3 year old gymnast and 7 year old dancer for them to practice tumbling at home. It’s been a great addition to our gymnastics set up. It’s very firm compared to our baby/toddler version, the fabric is durable, it folds up easy, and the color is great. Grabbed it on Prime Day but even if I paid full price for it, the value would be worth it. I’m 5’4” and even I was able to forward roll on it, but wouldn’t make a routine of it.
Review: Perfect addition! - Durable, great quality, and the perfect addition to our little gymnastics set up. My kids use this daily and it has helped them tremendously to work on their skills outside of gymnastics classes.

## Features

- 【What is this mat? Is it good quality?】: This gymnastics cheese wedge mat is built with high-density EPE foam that provides firm, gym-quality support and will not flatten, sag, or lose its shape after months of daily use. M size is suitable for children from 3 to 6 years old. Beginners can use the medium size for cartwheels and forward rolls
- 【What size will I get and how to choose?】This is the medium size, the medium size measures 48 by 24 by 14 inches (folded size is 24 by 24 by 18 inches) and is best for beginners ages 3 to 6 practicing cartwheels and forward rolls, suggested kids' height is shorter than 46". If your kids is gymnasts, suggested kids' height is shorter than 36"
- 【Is it safe? Will it hurt if my child falls?】This training wedge is designed to be firm and supportive — not a soft crash pad — because a stable surface is essential for building proper gymnastics technique and muscle memory. The non-slip PVC leather cover keeps the mat securely in place on hardwood, tile, carpet, and grass. All materials are non-toxic. For children practicing high-impact dismounts, we recommend placing a soft landing mat at the end of the wedge for added safety
- 【How do I clean it? Can my child move it?】The PVC leather cover is waterproof, tear-resistant, and fully removable via two heavy-duty metal zippers for deep cleaning or replacement — simply wipe the surface daily with a damp cloth and periodically remove the cover for a thorough wash. Four reinforced side handles let children carry and reposition the mat independently on their own. When training is done, the mat folds into a compact cube in under ten seconds and stores neatly under a bed, in a closet, or against a wall
- 【Can adults use this? Is it a good gift?】Beyond gymnastics training, the incline wedge doubles as a supportive surface for adult Pilates, stretching, core exercises, and physical therapy routines. When folded, the mat fits into a compact cube that stores neatly under a bed or in a closet. Maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs. This cheese mat also is a thoughtful gift for active kids on birthdays and holidays

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just as described! A great buy!
*by P***R on June 1, 2026*

The 34x24 size is perfect for my 9 y/o. She uses this for practicing her back walkovers and other tumbling moves while watching Anna McNulty videos online. This unit is super lightweight and I love that it has handles on the side for picking up and moving. It is quite firm and not a soft squishy surface, which is actually good for what my daughter needs it for. Folds up easily so we can pop it in the corner when we’re not using it. Overall this was a great deal and we’re very happy with this purchase!
