Review: Give it time. - I have used a memory foam pillow for years and love them but it's hard to find a good one. The first night I used this, I thought I had wasted my money. It was so uncomfortable and I slept so badly. I persevered with it and by the 3rd or 4th night I got used to it. After that, it just felt so supportive but also soft. I'm glad I didn't send it straight back as I really love it now. It really is very comfortable. Don't judge it on the first night, give it a chance.

The cushion is so soft ( ultra soft) and luxurious and I had a beautiful sleep with neck sitting in the groove neck area. Also when I sleep on my side its so comfortable. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and I awoke with no stiffness or pain. I’m thrilled. Now I have to find a mattress that does the same. I wish it was all white or cream but otherwise I’m extremely satisfied with this great quality cushion

**Q: Will a normal sized pillow case swamp this? It doesn't state the measurements?**
A: A normal size pillow case fits this support pillow. The case is  only slightly oversized.

**Q: Can you purchase a new pillow case for this?**
A: I’ve seen them on eBay but not on Amazon

**Q: The pillow has just arrived and it is much slimmer, therefore flatter than expected. Can I put a small pillow underneath?**
A: I use a slim pillow underneath and the thicker part of the foam pillow closest to me. It supports much better for me that way. It felt quite firm initially but it is really comfortable now.

**Q: Hi there,  on a scale 1-10 what is the firmness of this pillow? I need very firm. Thank you for your help.**
A: It’s about a 6 I would say but this hurts my ears as it has an indent in middle. I don’t recommend,

Wow fabulous, the box was tatty, but the product new inside and packaged. The cushion is so soft ( ultra soft) and luxurious and I had a beautiful sleep with neck sitting in the groove neck area. OK so I have dreaded degenerative disc disease I have 4 discs without cushioning now - a real pain in the neck, I was so sick of waking up with horrific migraines so I ordered a cervical pillow, So....it came folded in a box, but springs back straight away, it has a zip off cover with air holes. First time using, it I used it upside down sat up on the sofa and it's comfy and does take the strain off the bones. First time in bed was another situation, so, when I'm sat up I stick it behind my head on the headboard, it works well, but sleeping was sooooo hot!!!!!! I couldn't stand it unfortunately, so it came out of the bed launched like a torpedo, the dog took over and seemed to like it. To sum up, its a good idea and works, but - it'd need to be way cooler for myself personally to sleep with it.
