Things to know.....
Since there's not much information nor many reviews, I'll share my experience so far. This is only a day one review so I will add an update if anything comes up or my opinion changes. So far I love the chair and it feels like a quality item as long as you understand what you're buying. It's not a $3k-$5k chair so corners are cut to save money. It has PU (polyurethane resin) leather not real leather. While it actually has a lot of options they are not savable, meaning every time you get in you have to find the settings you like. It has several preset options but you will need to have the instructions with you until you learn the codes. There are a few preset buttons but you need the code for the rest. For example: for a full body deep tissue massage you have to cycle the mode button to "A1 Auto". Just means there's a learning curve. My major grips and reason for only 4 stars.1: The foot massage is not what they show in the images. It has the rollers in the arch of my foot but not the rotating thumb in the ball or front of the foot. I love that feature and it was a huge part of why I chose this chair. So very disappointed.2: R&L claimed it's not allowed to drive in your driveway so they dropped it at the road. I am disabled and spent hours trying to get it about 50 yards up hill to my door.3: My last complaint is the "warranty" if that's what you want to call it. I'm including a picture but in case it's not readable here's a quick rundown. You get Amazons 30 day, I'm assuming. Then Factory direct offers a 1 year limited warranty. It covers against manufacturing defects and workmanship for one year with the following exceptions: upholstery, foam gas cylinders, wood components, control mechanisms and electrical components. So nearly everything the chair is made of will fall under the exceptions. It's a joke, but they do claim that if they have replacement parts in stock you can purchase them through factory direct. My conclusion: if you are looking for a feature rich chair at an affordable price this is it. I spent weeks and weeks reading and learning about the different types of chairs. Their are better options like 3D chairs or chairs with calf and forearm rollers and the list goes on, but this was the best option I found within my price range. Just know you if anything goes wrong it will be on you to fix it. Also understand to get these features at this price you are sacrificing a warranty. Other options, you can buy a more basic chair with a better warranty for this price or you can spend more to get a similar chair with a better warranty. But in this case you get a great chair at a great price which is why I still gave it a solid 4 stars.

Impressed and relaxed
First review I’ve made on Amazon..that’s how impressed I am with this chair.I was on the fence when I placed my order, but love the massage chair now that I have it. Yes, there might be some little things I would personally change on the chair, but nothing that is a deal breaker. It has helped relieve my lower back tension due to knotted muscles and thus has relieved some of my chronic pain as well.Airbags are on shoulders, arms, lower legs and feet. No airbags on hips or thighs. Three pressure settings.Foot rollers can be turned off and also have 3 pressure settings. They are sometimes a little too much for me.SL track does great and gets to your lower back. The track stops at the bottom of rear/crotch. I do not feel like it does a fantastic job on shoulders, but it can’t wrap around to the front either, so it gets a B on that area. The heat feature is mainly located in the mid to lower back area. The remote does have a lit screen background, but the button keys have no light, so if you want to change a setting when it’s dark, you will need to grab your phone etc for light. There are several auto settings depending on area. I love the “stretch” auto. It seems to decompress my spine well. It brings you to zero gravity and pulls your legs gently back.Chances are you’ll have your phone with you because of the Bluetooth feature. The speakers aren’t Bose, but are decent and nice to listen while relaxing. Volume is controlled through your phone. The Bluetooth is easy to connect. When you turn off your chair, the speakers are still on.. so don't forget to disconnect your Bluetooth through your phone manually. We placed this massage chair where we had an oversized recliner. It is slightly thinner than the recliner and a smidge longer. It fits well in the room.I received my chair 5 days earlier than the expected delivery date. The delivery driver put the box in our driveway, but that’s as far as they would go. It is on a palette when delivered. I don’t think I could have fit the box through my front door, but the chair fit through with little room to spare. Have a couple people with you when it arrives. It is heavy and somewhat awkward to move. It weighs about 225 lbs. once we got the chair inside, the back rollers were a breeze. At the end of my massage, I feel fantastic and energized. My friends love to jump in it when they come over too!

Took a long time to receive
Took much longer to get then advertised. Foot roller pinches ankle in a somewhat painful manner. Rest of chair feels wonderful especially the tracked rollers for back

Comes assembled
Bought this for my wife for pain relief since she is pregnant. She absolutely loves it, and so do I. Already talked a friend into getting one as well. Quality chair and I would recommend. It is decent sized. I am 6ft and it easily fits me in it. I would think that someone who is 6’2” would probably be about the tallest I would want to buy for. Definitely play with the remote as there are tons of settings. Pressure on the hands and feet is rough when you have it turned up all the way. Both my wife and I like it on the first of 3 settings. Same with the arms.

Where is Smart Body Scanner?
Delivered 1 day ahead of schedule. Had it for a day and still exploring - anyone knows how to use "Smart Body Scanning" feature? It's helpful when family members w different sizes use - which was one of the major selling point for me. All others seem to work fine.

Yes - It comes assembled!! And it is AWESOME!!
I bought this strictly because I have a ton of back pain that is muscular in nature. It arrived yesterday and was fully assembled. The cord to plug it in was not very long but I am not dinging it for that!. The chair looks like it came from a spaceship! The hand controller is a bit intimidating since it seems to have a ton of functions! I sat in it three times and each time I loved the way the rollers worked. The feet air bags are pretty tight (almost painful) but that is because it seems the preset air pressure is max!! Once you dial it down it is fine. If I find any issues (or it breaks down) I will follow up this review. I bought this particular model because if you look at the cheaper models the type of roller they use looks cheap/not effective. These rollers are the ones on the high end machines!!
