It's a lot easier than dragging out the large corded vacuum. Easy/light enough for the kids to clean up after themselves after meals.I took a star off for a few things.1 - The inner filter falls out into the trash if you're not paying attention when cleaning the prefilter.2 - The prefilter can only be screwed in in one position. It would be easy for them to make it so it could be reattached if rotated 180 degrees (there's two different size tabs that you have to line up, if they were the same size life would be grand).3 - It would be nice if the wall bracket would hold the crevice tool and had a tab to hold onto the charging cord.

This brand vacuum is the best for my needs. Suction is great,easy to clean and works great on my hardwood floors and carpet areas. My wife and I had bought this brand and same model about 3 yrs ago and loved it. So when it came to buying another vacuum we didn't know initially that this brand still existed. So we bought a Shark vacuum and sent it back, also bought a Bissell and we don't use it. Both the mentioned brands wasn't working with us. So I looked back on Amazon for Moosoo and I purchased it. This brand and model are great!

The product works OK, definatley not the same level of quality as a Dyson vaccum, but functional. The real issue comes with the fact that the brush lost an element, and when I reached out for support the supplied email doesn't work. I submitted via their website and also never heard back.

This is a strong little stick vacuum; it is like having a Dust Buster on steroids. I didn't rate it for stair use as I haven't used it for that function yet. It is lightweight and so easy to grab for a quick once over.

Machine is adequate for a stick vacuum. A used vacuum cleaner was sent to me that I had to manually clean before I could test it. My needs are simple and returning it is too much effort for me, be advised

Works well on hard and carpeted floors. Very happy with the amount of suction. A little awkward on the stairs. Easy to clean, light enough for me to get into corners at the ceiling. Very pleased with overall purchase

Got it for the office during winter with all the salt coming in and out of the office. Light weight, makes clean up fast. We use it with floors and area rugs

It’s working pretty well. It doesn’t pick up Bernese mountain dog hair though, which was the whole point of my purchase. 😔
