I got this for a Hisense TV that I needed a longer power cable for. Works perfectly. It’s a really great value for 2, though I only needed 1. Not much else to say, works just as good as the original.

I have the Bose soundbar 900 and Bose bass module 700 above the fireplace. The cords were not long enough to reach the outlets so I had used an extension cord. I found this 2 pack of 10 foot cables and now have a much better looking connection to each Bose item

Being a standard, devices using IEC C7 cables are pretty common. It's also common for device manufacturers to toss in the CHEAPEST cable possible with their devices - and generally the best way to cost cut on a cable is to make it shorter. I have a bladeless, tower room fan that I wanted to put near the doorway... about 10 feet from the nearest outlet. That's where the Cable Matters NEMA 1-15P to IEC C7 (15 Feet, 2 pack) comes in. Fitment is perfect, and the price is right, at under $8 per cable. The only thing to note is that the IEC C7 standard allows for up to 10A in the US, while this cable is only rated for 7A. While I'VE never seen a high-wattage IEC C7 device, it doesn't mean they don't exist... so if you have a device with a motor or large heating element, I'd make sure that the power draw is under 800 watts. I had a USB power block and the cord was always a bit short, but eventually the cord got cut and I wrapped it with electrical tape for a while. Eventually I figured since the device was still useful, and wanting a longer cord I'd find a replacement.Fast forward to now... It fit the power adapter perfectly (and a little snug which is good), and having a longer reach so I can place the adapter on my coffee table and have it plugged in behind the couch easily. The cord seems very solid and sturdy, and with a bag of 2 cords I have a spare now that is going to replace another device I have with a similar connector that is also just too short. For the price, having two cords, and the convenience of the extra length (and sturdiness) is a perfect combination for the value.

No issues powering my consoles. Great purchase for setting up multiple areas to be able to plug the consoles in around the house.
