Directions

Take one tablet/capsule daily with water as a minimum to begin with. You can find all required dosage information on the back of the bottle. Please follow all guidelines and maintain frequent break periods for maximum results. This is a minimum dosage and recommend you use the minimum before following the average dosage. Please do not overdose as it could lead to health related issues. If you are having problems then please consult a doctor immediately.

A years supply will all seem good on price but not when it's close to the expiration date, you may be swallowing out of date pills.

There is a smell to the tablets. People like it or they don't but there is a slight smell to it as it's blended with different ingredients, it's not a bad smell at all. A pill with no smell will mean it's a product not worth having. Please store in a cool dry place at room temperature.
