Speedball Diazo Light Kit

I was able to use the lamp one day and it works great! Removes the guesswork of timing the exposure. However, while I don’t know if I can say it is the packaging or the way it was handled before I got it, the lightbulb needed to be replaced after the first day. I would take responsibility however we hung the lamp for me to use, and didn’t move it. Tried to use it the next day and the light didn’t work.

Works just like it should. Held up for years.

Easy to use

Be careful with this setup - the bulb is very sensitive. The light fixture does not have an on/off switch, so if you're using an outlet that isn't connected to its own switch you need to be very careful to plug the fixture in just right or you'll blow the bulb (as I did on the second time I plugged it in).I bought a replacement bulb elsewhere and have used it several times. The rest of the kit is fine.

We are highly satisfied with the performance of this speedball light kit! does exactly what we need it to do! a bonus was on the box it gives us directions for the hight and length of time for the exposure time! was a little nervous as you can see in the pictures the box was a little falling apart but thankfully the lamp and bulb work great! shipping time was amazing only thing id change is making the cord a little longer as its pretty short! overall im a very satisfied customer! Thank you!

Lightbulb was supposed to last 3 hours but burned out after 45 minutes. I don't want to return the light but can't figure out how to contact the seller and ask for a replacement bulb.While it was working, it did what it was supposed to do.

I wish it came with a clip so I could attach it to something. Otherwise its good.

Light bulb burned out within minutes. Should've return it but took to Goodwill instead. Maybe someone can find a use for it

Great light set for silk screening

If this is being sold by Jacksons Art Supplies (possibly more of a review of them than the lamp): THIS LIGHT HAS A US STYLE PLUG. It does not say this anywhere on the product description on Amazon. If you then contact Jacksons Art Supplies, they will have expected you to have looked at their website (despite buying it on Amazon and believing all the information you require is also on there).As I didn't want annoyance of returning it, I bought an adapter etc so that it could be used. The bulb instantly blew up. After my contact with Jacksons, it doesn't sound like they're going to refund meDon't bother buying it. It's cheaper and less hassle to buy a photoflood bulb and use an old pie tin instead!
