Item not new - film cartridge defective and contained negative image of a stranger
Bought as Xmas present for my son. On testing the camera, the first photo we printed resulted in the print cartridge jamming. When removed, the dye sublimation film had unspooled. To our surprise we could see the negative image of a stranger on previously used film (not used by us). The camera looked new but the film cartridge installed in it was obviously used by someone else before us and left in a defective state!

Printing
Trust off whenever I try to print a photo, comes up with preparing then just turns it’self off, spent over £120 with this and the other stuff to go with it just for it to not work properly. I replaced the cartridge and after a few tries of printing it said to me to change it again. Wouldn’t recommend

Not worth the money
The picture quality not great also not worth the money I would of sent it back but you have to switch on and get a picture off to start with so nobody else would be able to buy it brand new

Doesn’t work very disappointed
Even when charged for many hours the camera still doesn’t switch on. Have to return it now.
