Duracell Durabeam Ultra 300 Lumens Tactical High-Intensity Compact LED Flashlight, 3-Pack

I LOVE these flashlights! They are really small but the most powerful flashlights I have ever used. I picked up my first pack at a local store, but they stopped carrying them so I grabbed another set here. They have a low and high-beam setting and you can zoom in or spread the light out. It is strange to get excited about flashlights, but we have purchased so many bad ones we are just thrilled to find ones that are so outstanding.

A thing of beauty, works well, BUTTTTTT, They drain batteries even with non-use, I have stupidly purchased 12 of these and they all drain batteries, DO NOT BUY, DURACELL = You Should Be Ashamed!!!

I bought these thinking they were similar to a set I bought at Costco last year. They're not! The ones I got at Costco were focusable, these weren't.I have also experienced the same battery drain other users are commenting on - I couldn't believe that the new alkaline batteries that came with these were already drained after a few weeks of the flashlight mainly sitting, used maybe 5 minutes total time.... Now I understand why!Too bad, as they do put out a nice light. We like to place these in some rental houses we have for emergencies, but if the batteries won't stay charged until the emergency, they are worthless for that!

I have purchased 2 packs of the 3 pack version of the Duracell 300. Two of the six have failed but after several ( 10) months of use. Most recently one has gone dim and I cannot determine the cause - not the cap, not the battery case so it must be in the LED lamp. When they work they are great. Many reviews have noted failures. There are how to fix videos posted on You Tube - watch them before you give up. Great for walking the dog or safety in the car.

I purchased these for some of the security officers I oversee. I was pleasantly surprised by their performance. I, personally, carry a Streamlight Stinger DS LED HL, but those are $100+. I saw the three pack of these Duracells and saw the lumens at 300, so I thought I would give them a try. The lights use regular, off the shelf batteries, so nothing fancy is needed. The lights are extremely bright (300 lumens should be about right). There are two settings, high and low. To turn them on simply press the end cap button once for high. Press again for the lower setting. Press again for off. Simple. They have been used nightly by the 3 officers. None have had any issues with them (other than one officer inadvertently turned it on in his car and it drained the batteries some). It does get a bit dimming when the battery goes down, so it does give you an indication to replace the batteries. We have not actually timed the battery life, but they seem to be good for several hours, depending on quality of battery you use. All have been dropped or bumped and all are still working. I would give this a 5 star, but I want to see what the longer term performance is.FYI: the description said 2- Black, 1 - Blue. The picture was correct. 1 - black, 1 - dark gray and 1 - blue.

I am a but surprised that these are offered at the present price point. They are quite bright and last long on one set of batteries, which come with the lights to begin with. If you subtract the cost of buying 9 duracells that come with the flashlights, how can you go wrong? The construction is tight (no rattles whatsoever). The only criticism I have is that I would prefer 3 black in a package, which may actually be offered, but I didn't see it when I ordered.

They're cheap, they work great, you get three of them: stick one in the glove box, one in the bug-out bag, and one in the nightstand. Very, very bright and durable.

Do not buy these. The on off switches do not work half the time and require the unit to be tapped lightly. I also had one of these fail with the lens overheated and now it doesn't work at all. The 250 was a good product. This is not. Duracell should be ashamed.Steve
