When watching the infomercial, it appears that this device can be easily attached to any head. At no time during the infomercial, does it indicate the headset is not adjustable or flexible, nor does it say it will snap off when putting it on your head. My head measures 22-1/4" and when attempting to put it on my head, the first one snapped. Thinking I pulled too hard to put it on, I attempted to put on the second one and it, too, snapped. After closer inspection, the headband is a bit flexible but it still is not designed for someone with a head bigger than about 20". And it can not be placed your head as easily as is demonstrated.While you may be able to go handsfree, there needs to be something, somewhere stating it does not bend or stretch. I bought two packs and now stuck with the one that is unopened but it is too late to return it. I'm sorry I bought this item and would not recommend it to ANYONE. However, this piece of junk, and I am giving it credit there, arrived with one set of the gojo hands free units already broken right out of the package. The shippers had to know it was busted when they packaged it as it was obvious as soon as I took it out of the box. The other set that was not broken bent the first time I tried to put it on. This is in no way, shape, or form the same product that you see on T.V. holding the lap top computer to his head. He must be wearing a heavy duty job that the customers do not get. I just tossed this peice of junk into the trash as the return postage would have cost almost what the gojo's cost in the first place. Let the buyer beware, this contraption will just wind up where mine did.
