The shipping was great.The packaging was great.The product is as advertised.The instructions were simple.The install was simple and easy.The product works as expected.1) Depending on helmet size you may have to mount the mic to the helmet shell or the helmet foam.2) mic placement seems to be important. Make sure the mic is very close if not in front of your mouth.3) From time to time you have to re-pair the helmets' bluetooth (not repair).4) unless you choose otherwise the product will auto answer phone calls.Update: These really don't help you talk (hear) at highway speeds. With the volume all the way up on both headsets and each other talking as loud as possible without yelling, you still can't hear each other. Great for cruising around town. Not so much for highway use.

This was my first experience with anything Bluetooth and I was so frustrated with these when I first got them, mostly due to the fact that the instruction book is almost useless because it is so hard to read (tiny text) and filled with really bad english. I could not get them to work but I kept trying and figured out one REALLY IMPORTANT thing that changed everything: YOU DON'T NEED TO PAIR THEM WITH A CELL PHONE TO USE THE INTERCOM, which is really all I wanted in the first place. I know, duh right? But I didn't care about music and I certainly didn't want to receive any phone calls when riding, but I do like to chat with my wife when we are riding together. Once I figured that out everything is great. They sound great, battery life is good, installation was a cinch, wind noise is minimal and they pair up easily. When I ride alone I do like to pair it with my cell phone and stream music though, it's very easy and slick.The only other negative thing that I have noticed is in regards to the microphone. I wanted to mount the unit on the left side of my hemet so that I could adjust the volume or turn it off/on with my non-throttle hand. But the microphone is one sided and faces away from my mouth when I install on the left side of the helmet. The sound is still pretty good, but that seemed kind of odd to me.For the price, these things are great.

Ive never used expensive sena communicators. Before..these r my first ....but dang .. they work great ...very loud ..and very good sound quality ..... Range is as expected.... Very clear line of sight ..... About 150 yards with thick trees and a hill in between intercoms ....i was impressed....at 150yards with trees n hills between .. It got pretty fuzzy...but was still connected.....only problem i had was with it mounted like they say...the wire plug is the lowest part of the helmet..so if u sit helmet down on its bottom it sits on the wire plug and it messed it up and only one earphone worked after....so i used velcro and mounted the intercom up higher on the helmet so it cant sit on plug ......i think that solved the problem.... Had to order. A new earpiece mic kit tho...but i emailed veetop and they very quickly emailed me back and said they r gunna send me a new wire kit....but its currenly unavailable on amazon. ..so im waiting to see if they come thru....I will update this in the future and let everyone know how its holding up over time ....but so far i say for $100 buy a set..... They work great

Very well made. Installing was more difficult than I anticipated. They would not stay put on site of helmet. This is in part do to the rounded shape of the helmet vs the flat shape of the headset. I ended up using some double sided tape like material (purchased from Amazon of course) to get them to stay in place. The ear speakers also protrude somewhat into the helmet space making it a little more difficult putting the helmet on (tends to fold my ears over). Value and sound are good. Peoplesaw I come through crystal clear. Four stars for difficulty in mounting to the helmet.

I know you get what you pay for but I thought I'd take a chance on these and not have to shell out $$$ for a known quality brand. That was a mistake. They are a pain in the ass to pair to each other and constantly loose connection with each unit. Even the mounting system sucks. My bluetooth piece fell off the very first time out on the trail. I installed it correctly and made sure it was as snug as I could get it but it wasn't enough. It's just a bad design. I didn't even realize it fell off because... It wasn't working anyway!Luckily there is hope. I took another chance on a different brand and design on Amazon. It too didn't have 5* ratings but I got em anyway. This new set is much better it only has 500m distance instead of 800 but they actually work and pair correctly. The volume could be a little higher way better than the Veetop crap.

Great set. Installed in minutes on ou hjc helmets. Does have a lot of features and modes aonyou need to read the manual and familiarize yourself with them before you ride. Adjusting the earpieces is the only thing you have to tinker with The speakers have a definite sweet spot on the ear for the best sound. Nice product for less than the price of a cheap helmet! I highly recommend this product! For the price, it's an excellent buy. After using it, I would have paid a bit more. Only draw back are the speakers. They have no low end and all your music is almost intolerable...and hurts when loud! But still worth the buy folks. I'm looking good for a speaker upgrade for that reason, but for two way communication..no problems.

Good, cheap bluetooth unit for your helmet. Wife and I have had a few models over the last few years. Most recently, the Cardo Scala. The wifes Scala still works, but mine failed.

I am using this in a biltwell lane splitter helmet. Music and calls are loud and clear. I just received it today. I can’t say anything about talking to other riders yet.

I ordered these headsets for a friend and I about a year ago I believe. They run a little on the quiet side, so any speeds over 40mph or so make them unusable for communication.

Not impressed they won’t connect 90% of the time and can’t hear anything past 50mph and they were installed correctly

Better than Sena for way cheaper. Was even able to use comm audio for my generic camera.

Sound quality isnt good, but for the price you cant beat this thing

Had to get replacements. And only used inside the house testing. Mic went bad.
