**Q: need to pull little toe back medially twd other toes and cushion little toe against shoe friction on side. This will work?**
A: I didn't see where they worked. I have the same problem as you do. My podiatrist told me to get a wider shoe as when we start to get older our feet flatten out and because of this they get wider. The only sneaker that i can use is Merrell brand. They are the widest shoe available.

Update: sooo I've had these for a while now and I've noticed that one is only good to wear for 2-3 days before it's all gummy and dirty, and there's no point in cleaning it because it's a weird gummy sticky feeling. So I throw it away after about 3 days. Kind of sucks they don't last longer, but they help for what I need them for so I think they are worth it to keep buying until I figure something else out. These are great! I work at Amazon where I'm on my feet 10-11 hours a day, plus getting anywhere from 22,000-30,000 steps a day due to what I do in the building and I noticed i have a blister forming in between my baby toe and 4th toe from the composite toed shoes that I have to wear. I googled what I could do to help it get better and avoid more blistering, and I found these. These work so good, and I don't feel pain when I'm walking anymore because it's protecting it from rubbing. If you're on your feet for long hours, I would definitely recommend! They make a huge difference, and they are so easy to put on, and they don't slip off. Perfect!
