R&L Racing6.5 Ft Soft Lock & Roll Tonneau Cover Compatible with 1999-2007 Silverado/Sierra Fleetside | All Weather Protection Heavy Duty Black Truck Bed Cover

I bought this cover for my 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 6.5 foot fleet side box. The cover part of it is made out of really nice and thick material that seems durable. There is no Velcro on the sides to wear out which is also a great feature. Instead, the rails for the cover has a groove where a piece of vynil attached to the side of the cover that slips into the groove, so that should never go bad. The instructions that come with this cover really suck, but just use your common sense. Here is a few tips: 1. The part of the rails that has the shiny aluminum on them is where the end of the cover latches down on. These goe to the back of the bed (where the tailgate is) and the part of the rail with the 3 cutouts on them go towards the inside of the bed. 2. The 3 cutouts are not where the clamps go. The clamps must be put on any other part of the rail (spread out evenly). The cutouts are for the braces that keep rainwater off when the cover is closed. 3. The front bar of the cover must slide into the front of the side rails before you tighten down the finger screws. Also, when I have the cover rolled up, I roll the support bars up in the cover. Hope this helps! I installed the cover by myself in less than an hour. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a cheap, high quality cover.

Bought this for my 2001 Silverado 2500, it was delivered way before the due date, this old man had it on in around 30 minutes, top seems to be of great quality, for the price I highly highly recommend it, thank you Amazon

Cover fits good but there isn't anything to hold the sides of the cover down. This allows the cover to bounce a lot while driving and it exposes the inside to weather. Good for the price but wish it sealed better.

Great cover for the money. In fact I would say it's as good as the high dollar covers. Easy to install and took me about 30 minutes. The only thing that could be better is when it locks down. It is a little difficult to get it to lock. However I think once it's broke in a little it will be great. I put a little WD40 on the latch. The vinyl appears to be great quality. Super happy with this purchase.

I give this a one star because when I got the product i was so excited to put this cover on my truck but when I tried to put it on it was a size to big and I was so(Heart broken) that I couldn't complete the transformation of the look of my truck.....:-(

Good bed cover for the price, arrived on time, it took me about 30 minutes to install it after removing my old one, the only thing is that it is a little harder to keep the lip in the groove than my old one.

it doesn't stay down at the tailgate. not recommending it to anyone

A gift for a family member. like it a little better than my Lund. fits his truck well and appears to be of quality construction. Tracking # provided did nt work but it arrived in the timeframe promised.
