Thin and not fluffy
It is the thinness 3-ply I have ever seen and is not fluffy. It certainly doesn't feel luxurious at all.

Quality has gone
Have bought this brand for RV for more than 2 years. Suddenly in the past few months, the quality dropped off significantly. The plys come apart. It leaves pieces whenever you use it. The price remains the same - the quality has dropped off to a point they should be embarrassed.
