Shadow arrived broken and didn’t even get to use but would not want to order ever again!

So sad 😭😭😭 The colors are gorgeous!! BUT you can’t use them because the shadow formula apparently CRUMBLES in transit. I first saw this pallet at a beauty chain and they were all out except for the tester. So I ordered it online against the guidance of the girl working there who said that it tends to crumble. I thought let me take a chance because these colors are so gorgeous I have to at least try. Sure enough, it arrived in total shambles like the photo. I tried to see if I could press them back into the pots and get it to work, but the consistency is just too crumbly to work with. Boooo 😭😭😭

I am not sure if it was the cardboard packaging or the formula of the eye shadow (as another reviewer noted), but this palette arrived with two of the colors crumbled to dust. All of the eyeshadow from these two colors dumped out of the package when I opened it. They could not be used.
