Simple and highly effective. The Vikingstrength Forearm Strengthener delivers a real, intense forearm workout! The mechanism rolls up smoothly and easily, and the best part is its versatility—you can attach practically any weight you have available. We started out using a 5 lb weight, which was the perfect starting baseline to get the form down. We’ve been combining this wrist and forearm roller with our standard free weight bar routines for an absolute super burn at the end of arm day. If you want to build grip strength, this is a must-have tool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, well-built, and surprisingly effective *by on Reviewed in the United States August 15, 2026* I have a fairly extensive home gym, but forearm development was one of those areas that I felt I was never adequately addressing with my regular workouts. I bought this because I wanted something specifically designed to improve my grip and add size and strength to my forearms. I have now used it for quite a long time, and it has proven to be considerably more effective than I originally expected.I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and over the years I have used enough exercise equipment to know that the simplest products are often the most useful. There is nothing particularly complicated about this design, but that is one of the things I like about it. The thick handles force your hands and forearms to work throughout the movement, and rolling the weight upward creates steady tension that becomes surprisingly intense. The most important thing is that it has produced real results. I use it regularly, my forearms have become considerably stronger, and I have noticed significant muscle growth since adding it to my routine. This is not an impression based on using it a few times and feeling sore the following day. I have owned it long enough to evaluate what consistent training with it can accomplish, and the difference has been plainly visible. It is also very well built. The handles feel substantial, the roller works smoothly, and the entire device feels capable of handling serious use. I never find myself worrying about the equipment while I am training, which allows me to concentrate on controlling the movement and working through the burn.I have plenty of larger and more expensive equipment in my gym, but this is a good example of a relatively simple product earning its place because it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It takes up very little room, requires almost no setup, and gives me a focused forearm workout that is difficult to reproduce with conventional exercises. I continue to use it because it works, and I would readily recommend it to anyone who is serious about improving forearm size and grip strength. Five stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product *by on Reviewed in the United States August 28, 2026* Well made, thick grip is perfect. Been using it for over a year now.
