All these years of making Arancini by hand. No more. I actually had a lot of fun using these devices. It’s so simple. One great factor is that it packs the rice very tightly together which you really can’t do the same way by hand. The only problem is, I’m going to be making these a lot more often and I shouldn’t be eating all this deep-fried food. I don’t cook them in a skillet.
