This thing is amazing. One of those things you didn’t know you needed until you got it!If you have neck or back problems you can stretch it all out and get a quick adjustment.I always align myself on this before a workout and before and after sleep.

The trigger points in the neck can be really tricky and a device like this is absolutely essential to take the guesswork out of where to pinpoint them, working a full range of neck muscles. I understand it's primarily designed for occipital release merely laying still but I can confirm it indeed works great for trigger point massage all the way down the neck - working things inch by inch until you find the right spots. This and a peanut / double lacrosse massager are the top essentials in my massage tools I typically use on the floor to allow gravity to do its work. I don't suffer from migraines or headaches myself but it does feel like this helps blood flow to the head after using as well - so it might be worth a try! I initially thought the price seemed a little high but it's made really well and indeed firm enough for massage with a slight cushion to reduce the chances of bruising or skin irritation (haven't had any myself with pretty lengthy massage on it). I had a couple of nights I slept a lot deeper than usual after some lengthy acupressure on this before bed.

Have just received my order and I have no confidence this is an unused product. Box and product unsealed and box unacceptably damaged. It looks like something has been torn off the front of box to hide information.

SAVED MY LIFE. I have another by another brand that isnt as good, and my friend had this and I had to buy it. This one is amazing for my neck. I use it both (1) as a massage for my head and neck (rolling my head around on it) and (2) as a pillow to sleep. I know you’re apparently not supposed to sleep on it, but its about the only thing these days that lets me fall asleep without shifting constantly in pain and lets me wake up feeling normal.

I never write reviews for products, but I had to for this. Since using this, I don’t have to pop Advil/Tylenol constantly, I’m sleeping better and I’m in an overall better mood. I purchased this as a last ditch effort one night when I couldn’t sleep due to pain and I’m so glad I did.
