## Features

- Lime free, washed, 2-6mm quartzite grit. Part of the RHS Gardeners Collection, the only range of horticultural grits and sands endorsed by the RHS.
- Ideal for: Alpines and rockeries. Moisture retention in containers. Suppressing weeds and deterring slugs. Improving drainage and soil aeration.
- Great for mixing with composts for seed sowing and root cuttings, marking out seed beds, and greenhouse capillary benches. With a range of golds, browns and cream, this attractive grit helps alpine plants feel right at home, and provides a lovely finish to your plant pots and beds.
- 450g will cover an 18cm diameter pot with a depth of 2cm. A 1kg bag will top a pot with a diameter of 24cm with 2cm depth of grit.
- When mixing with compost, add approximately 40-50g per litre and mix well. Arrives in reusable grip seal bag. Package sizes: A 450g bag measures approximately 18cm x 13cm x 3cm. A 1kg bag 18cm x 10cm x 6cm. A 2kg bag 16cm x 13cm x 8cm.
