Decent, but not worthy of the headphones they are meant to grace.
These are stiffer than the Audio-Technica stock earpads that they're meant to replace, which makes them less comfortable, especially with glasses. I do like the extra depth, but they also aren't quite as wide and the sound is a bit flatter, and duller with them. The thin foam sheet that fits between the ear and the can is a separate piece on these, which makes them a little more difficult to take on and off, I also found that it wasn't as nice against the ears. As a result, I tore the cloth lining off the old pads (which were coming apart anyway) and tried various ways of fitting it in place of and over the foam. It helped greatly, but of course, increased distortion when combined with the foam.In summary, these would be much better with the AD700s if the thin foam sheet was replaced with a piece of cloth, attached to the rest of the pads, and if the foam padding was a little less dense and 'muffly'.In spite of this, they aren't terrible, and if you have control over the equalizer, you can adapt for much of the sound distortion. However, I would suggest you only get these if neither the ATH pads for the AD700 nor the A700 will do the job.I only got them because ATH parts gave me a bit of a run around trying to order new pads, which is apparently very unusual. When I finally got a stock pair, I went back to using it, but I'll keep these on hand to tide me over if one of my current pads gets torn or wears out.

Budget replacement parts
I would only accept them as replacement parts just because they are cheap. (I fitted them on my AD900)Once they have been put on, they look descent with nice matching colours. My biggest complaint is that they are super hard to put them on. They took me about half an hour with rigorous fingering techniques to get them on the headphones. The central mesh films are much thicker than the factory ones, the padding's shape is also round, whereas the original ones were shaped in special ways that they were designed to fit nicely around your ears. That being said, the Bluecell are comfortable, though. For the price I can't complain a lot.I wouldn't recommend them but they simply do the job. I'm just hoping that they will last a few years.

Great value for the money. Installation instructions would take it from a four to five star rating
Purchased to replace the stock ear muffs on my Audio Technica ATH-A500, which had long since disintegrated. These replacements are surprisingly good: firmer than the stock ear muffs, but sufficiently compliant to still wear glasses and the headphones comfortably. The replacement earmuff material breathes well, and provides acceptable environmental isolation. Installation is a bit of a hassle until you figure out the trick: The trick to installation is to roll up the rubberized plastic gasket on the new earmuffs onto the earmuffs themselves. Then place the earmuffs in the installation position and start rolling the gasket down. Simple!

Good replacement for stock pads
They fit my A900X just fine, but the mesh cloth (with the hole in the middle as seen on the picture) comes separate from the pads, and a bit of a hassle to install properly. The fact that the pads are made of fabric (instead of pleather stock ones) makes them more comfortable, the ears get less sweaty. On the downside for closed cans, these pads provide less noise isolation.

Misleading description
Note, these earpads do NOT fit the ath-ad700 headphones; I have no clue what headphones they're for but they don't fit that model. If you want to get replacement earpads for the ATH AD700, you can order them directly from the manufacturer for cheap; I just ordered mine for ~7 bucks a pair plus shipping.PS, I've tried getting earpads from third party sellers on ebay too: the earpads were also too small, and cost even more. Just buy straight from audio technica for replacement earpads, you'll be glad you did.

Comfortable, but they may change the balance of your cans vs. pleather pads
I used these on a pair of AudioTechnica ATH-A900 headphones, and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable, but they do noticeably change the sound of the headphones--the low end is less pronounced vs. the factory pleather ear pads. I'm not that worried for my application since I think the overall balance is more natural, but be aware that they will alter the sound vs. leather. Since that is an inherent feature of the material, I can't take rating points off for that. For their intended application, they were effectively perfect.

But It does get pretty hot around your ears
My a900x head phone pads melted. :( This one is a decent replacement. For one it wont melt away. But It does get pretty hot around your ears.

love them
These are nice. There is just two problems they are extremely hard to put on and the two middle sponge things are hard to line up.
