Makes you a little rowdy until you get used to it, but if you add this to your routine you will see some "Iron Cuts" I've lost 10 lbs in my cutting routing, which is the most I've ever done, and did it with no changes to the actual routine. The most I've ever had before was 6lbs in one week. The stuff works, enough said.

This stuff works really well. I took one serving before breakfast everyday consistently. I have lost a lot of the stubborn lower belly fat that I was having a hard time to get rid of. I also notice I have a lot more vascularity in my arms now. I would highly recommend this anyone who's having a hard time trying to get a leaner body.

It is an okay product ,but it make me feel weird, and make me gang 20 pounds .

On 7th bottle only lost 3lbs with exercise

Seems like there is some problem with this series.This happened second time.first time I bought iron dream and they delivered iron pump,second time i bought iron cuts and they delivered iron pump again.On their page it shows iron cuts and they will send you iron pump. Now i have to return it again.I am not gonna buy again.Very disappointed.

I felt a great pump but I'm allergic to it!😕I would definitely recommend it though, I wish I wasn't allergic or I'd take this instead of C4

-- very much effective in cutting phase , it is not overall fat burner-- It takes 7-10 days to show real effect , clarity of muscles-- No jitters but cant sleep up to 7-8 hours after taking this-- If You are obese and want to loose weight then dont go for it only L carnitine and Fish oil are enough , but if you are bulked up and want to add clarity and leanness to muscles then go for it

As I was on a caloric deficit, I lost around 2 - 2.5 kgs per month. In order to accelerate the weight loss, I tried Arnold Iron cuts and I regret to this very day. The bottle is almost empty now but I haven't lost more than 2 - 2.5 kgs a month. So guys, just stick to a caloric deficit and work out. This is crap.

Contains only 88 capsules.. not 90.. In that also one is full empty.. one is half filled with gravel like thing... other capsules are also not in a good condition... signs of fungus decomposition is there..Might be fake capsules in original container... So dint used.. Thrown it in dustbin.. kindly dont buy it..

Good product.. Does the work.. But you to do double to really extract its real benefits!

Very poor product. Not to mention the unacceptable service of the seller. Totally disappointing!
