Yum!
I love this natural sweetener, it's delicious! Perfect for baking, cooking, coffee, tea, whatever you need! We order this stuff monthly because it's so great. The package is sent full and not just filled with air. The texture isn't gritty, it's a nice consistency.

Never going back to regular sugar
I had to buy this because of a special diet for autoimmune issues, and wow was I pleseantly surprised! The flavor of this sugar goes so well with anything chocolate related, and it's so easy to use in place of other sugars in different recipes. The bag is large and lasts me a good while. The texture and mouthfeel of it is great, and it absorbes moisture easily so it desolves nicely into my drinks and desserts. This sugar is officially a new staple in our house for dessert making!

No sugar is “good,” but this is MUCH better than the bleached common white sugar.

Wish they were smaller pieces
I have been using this brand for years. I love it. Recently I was out of town and had to buy a different brand, which had smaller pieces. It dissolved better in my yogurt than this does. I wish these were smaller. My work around is to let it sit in whatever I am making for awhile. So I'll prepare my yogurt the night before, for example. Then it dissolves nicely, and I don't have to worry about it. Aside from that, this is great. The seal has worked on every bag I have purchased. It tastes similar to "regular" sugar in most recipes. I only notice the difference in things with a mild flavor. Just never make lemonade with it, and you'll be fine. Trust me.

Good quality
An excellent product, matches the taste of sugar in a recipe, 1:1 ratio. Good in coffee & tea. Not real sweet, which is the way I like it. Glycemic biz. Look it up!
