I really like the on-demand spray feature — it gives me control over how much cleaning solution I use, and the spinning mop pads actually do the work for me. The washable pads are great too; I can use them over and over without worrying about wasting money or making more trash. It’s quiet, easy to set up, and just makes floor cleaning feel less like a task and more like something that gets done quickly and efficiently. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why isn't the length of the power cord included in the item description?  That is an important detail.**
A: I just got mine abs the cord length is fine. 
Use an extension cord if you don't have many outlets to plug into. GREAT MOP!!!!

**Q: Anyone else unable to successfully register this product? The model number isn't an option on the Bissell registration page?**
A: I just registered mine. I put 2039 and the product comes up. Once registration is complete it shows in your profile as spinwave 20393 :)

**Q: Can I use other cleaning fluids?**
A: NO.
 You can, HOWEVER, keep in mind that their formulas are preferred for a reason. I had a Bissell SpotBot and tried to save money by using both a cheaper solution and a home made solution. Turns out that it voids your Warranty when the machine stops working or begins dumping clean or dirty fluid all over the place. One of the solutions I used caused a rubber seal somewhere in the machine to disintegrate and when I sent the machine in for warranty repair they refused to fix it. Bissell knew right away from the damage that was done to the machine that I used a solution other than Bissell. So, short answer, no. Don't use anything except what is made for your particular machine by Bissell Company unless you want to void your Warranty

**Q: How big of an area can be cleaned before you need to switch out the pads?**
A: Depends how dirty your floor is.  I ordered a 6-pack of extra mop pads on Amazon:

Just love this machine. Its very quiet, easy to use, and the pads are washable. It cleans the floor so well. Its quick and easy. Its like the machine cleans on its own. This is a wonderful product. It's lightweight, easy to use and cleans our vinyl and tile floors beautifully! I'll be buying extra pads so I don't have to rinse them out every 10 minutes. We have 2 dogs and live in a rural area- our floors get DIRTY. I am so happy to have tried this floor cleaner!
