## Description

Directions Mix 500g of Wright's Baking Cheddar & Sun Dried Tomato Bread Mix with 300ml of warm water, 1 tbsp of oil, and 1 egg. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Grease a loaf tin and pour in the dough. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool before slicing.

No messing about to use this product, instructions for hand or machine baking, just add water. The only problem was they sent me cheddar cheese and onion instead of cheddar and sun dried tomato, apart from that the end product turned out very well. I’ll be testing the cake mixes next
