Excellent product and excellent customer service.I had contacted customer service regarding confirming how to use the product. And I was giving step-by-step details and also information on my results. A+

Horrible. Website doesn't tell you that you need a uv light to conduct the test. Very difficult to see reaction with almost no liquid in test ampule

It works I guess but it to me is not very definitive or pronunced with the colours it was supposed to turn.

The test is easy to use but the results are hard to read and leave a place for doubt.

It confirmed whether it was authentic but would of like to see more confirmation of dosage via the color change like other brands. Did what it was supposed to though!

Product is awesome saved a women a lot of problems if you leave a bad review apparently you can’t look at a chart of colors and match them up easy to use would use again

Works perfect. All these bad reviews must be by lower IQ people who never took any science classes and can't follow directions.
