**Q: WHY are these so hard to find???**
A: I think it has something to do with the Pandemic and transportation... I didn't used to have any problem finding them on the grocery shelf.  There are allot of food items that are hard to find right now.  Hopefully all this craziness will end soon!!

My fave gluten free snack to make with this is - spread peanut butter on top, add sliced apples, and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon. I love the crunch!
