Wonderful for my acne and allergies!WARNING: This review is lengthy.The high pollen count in July caused severe pimples on my face. While dealing with this issue, I also had an allergic reaction to certain foods (which surprised me because I had never had this problem before; I had messed up my immune system), and as a result of this reaction, my immune system was compromised. My pimples became so bad that I stopped hanging out with my friends. It got so bad that I didn't even bother wearing a mask. My skin serums (niacinamide, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid) and acids (glycolic acid, salicylic acid, azelic acid, and so on) were ineffective. I remember giving up, calling my parents, and crying about how I despised myself at the time and how depressed I was about this issue. When I first saw the LED light, I was skeptical, but I'd tried everything (serum, scrub, acid, cream), so why not give this one a shot...because it worked. I've posted pictures of my progress, and the LEDs were the only thing that helped; I also used Joeseof's sulfur soap, which aided somehow in my healing. I used the blue light to treat acne, the yellow light to smooth the skin, and the green light to treat allergies (10 minutes each in the evening). For 30 minutes, run all colors in automatic mode. In August 6th, the first time I used the LED mask. the results of the September 6th monthly treatment was obvious.I admit that due to the long hours at the hospital, I had some inconsistent days and was too tired to wear a mask. Wireless access have been ideal. the progress has been pretty good so far, and I'm pleased. All I have to do now is focus on my scars every two weeks with glycolic acid and chemical peels, as well as the above serum. On the sixth of the next month, I will provide an update. I'd been considering a light therapy mask for quite awhile, and finally made my purchase. I'm so glad I did! I've always kept myself fit and had a good skincare routine including sunscreen every day. I've always looked young for my age, but after a bout with bed rest after an injury, I'd lost a lot of lean muscle and my face looked droopy and I had dark circles around my eyes. I started thinking that my days of feeling and looking youthful were behind me, but I decided to stop feeling defeated and try what I could to improve my appearance and feel better about myself. This mask has been a big step in that direction! After a couple weeks of regular use 3-4 days a week, my skin in feeling more smooth and taut and I feel like it improves my mood as well. I've even used the red light on my hands a couple times. I put the mask over my hands on my lap and block the light shining up on my face with a book :) The thinning skin on my hands is looking more plumped up and less crepey... I love it! The packaging is high quality and great for storage, the users manual is clear and thorough, and the mask is easy to use. I dropped one star only because the adjustable elastic strap pops out of one side of the mask sometimes ( not a big problem because I sit still with my head leaned back while I'm using it) and I've noticed that the red LEDs seem to start changing to more orange as the set time ticks down. I still feel like it's improving my skin, though I'm hoping it won't become a problem in the future. I'll update my review as needed. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I bought to help with stubborn dark spots that were not responding to topical serums after months of use. I could see a minor improvement after the very first use which is exciting. Worst part is that my mask was missing the info on what each color does. Which is a piece that I'm very interested in given how many options it has. The fact that the printed piece is missing makes me wonder about the quality a little bit. I'm already wondering how long the mask will last.
