A: Yes, it does stay on all day.

**Q: how would somebody use the white pencil?**
A: Also, many use it on the lower water line to make their eyes appear more open, less red and more awake. I'm not a fan of white. I prefer nude. I've used Marc Jacobs pale pink. I really like it, but those retractable pencils are $28 and they only last a few weeks!!! It's pathetic! I've had the entire "lead" fall out within the first few days! I've purchased 3, no more! I've given them the last $100!
