Review is for: Oriental VetiverDescription of the scent: cardamom and galbanum combined with lush pink blossoms, cedarwood and vetiver.This is the most expensive ($39.50) candle I ever owned! It's quite big at 12.6oz. It uses natural rapeseed wax, which is better for our lungs. It smells mature, citrus, spicy, and woody/earthy. I usually don’t go for this type of scent, but it is better than I expected. It reminds me of a cologne. It sometimes smell masculine and sometimes unisex. I haven’t lit it yet because I want to keep it new. I rarely give an impressive gift due to financial reasons so I want to save this candle for my loved ones. The glass feels thick and durable. The overall candle is weighty. I like the gold emblem. It gives a nice touch of authenticity. It’s symbolic. It reminds me of wax seals/stamps used back in the day. By the way, this is made in Sweden.Here’s what I gathered online about rapeseed wax:-Great fragrance retention and scent throw-Burns slowly-100% vegetable (not subject to animal testing)-Non-toxic-No soot build up so it burns cleanly-Eco-friendly/Biodegradable/Renewable/Sustainable*It also says inexpensive, which is questionable to me

This Oriental vetiver candle from Rituals is such a beautiful and high quality candle.It comes in a very pretty jar and out of the box, the fragrance is quite nice. The candle itself when burnt, provides a unique relaxing scent throughout the room. The vetiver scent is very present and gives a sweet, grassy but very pleasant scent.Overall, I am very pleased with this candle, I do have to admit that it is quite pricey but it is worth it in my opinion.

Made in EU, this scented candle smells exactly like some luxury hotel I stayed in Tokyo.
