Happy to say it works!
Yes, it stings and makes you tear up, but it's not as bad as I was thinking it would be judging from the other reviews. It's definitely tolerable. It doesn't work as fast as Afrin, but within a few minutes, my nasal passages started to decongest, and within 15- 20 minutes, I was breathing just fine out of my nose. I'm SO happy to have found a homeopathic nasal spray to use in place of Afrin. I've been using an Afrin generic very consistently since I discovered it only 2 months ago, and have suffered really bad rebound congestion as a result which I could only cure with more Afrin... until now. VERY glad I took a chance with this product!

You'll hate it, but you'll keep using it!
Ever seen video of someone getting pepper sprayed? Their eyes are red and swollen and their noses are... purging? That's what this does, except you shoot it up there voluntarily :) it hurts, absolutely it hurts, but 10-15 minutes after use my sinuses are nice and clear, so I'd consider the net effect 5 stars.Of note: when you "test pump" the dispenser, point it away from your face. I didn't, and basically tear-gassed myself when the cloud of vapor was blown back into my face by the air conditioning.

Good for prevention!
Here's my take on Sinus Buster. Clearly, it's not for everyone, and not everyone will have a positive experience with it. I first tried it to wean myself off of Afrin that I had to use for about 2 weeks in order to breathe at night. The rebound swelling from the Afrin never goes away until you quit it. So, I tried the Sinus Buster one day and it didn't really help with the congestion at all. But I stuck with it, using Afrin on one side, SB on the other side, then alternated that until the swelling finally went away. So, once my sinuses were clear, I have continued to use the SB once every morning, and once before bed each night, and occasionally once in the middle of the day if I start sneezing or feel any stuffiness beginning. Have been using it daily now for 2 years. That seems to be how SB works the best....as a preventative measure to keep my sinuses from stopping up! Once they are clogged it doesn't seem to help much, but it really does seem to help keep sinus issues from starting. I also have not had a cold since I started using it 2 years ago! Not sure if that's just a coincidence, but maybe it does help keep your nose clean. After all...what kind of virus would want to camp out in red pepper hell?!

I was hoping it would give me better results but it didn't
It's just some kind of pepper spray that forces your nasal passages to open due to the stinging and watering of your eyes. I've used something like this before to relieve migraine pain and it's basically the same thing but it doesn't really help my headaches or sinus pain. I feel the a little less congested around the areas of my nostril that come in contact w/ the spray but it doesn't do anything for the sinus areas between my nose bridge and eyes. I'd probably use my Vicks steam inhaler if I have more time to clear my sinuses. The Sinus Buster spray may work for quick relief near your lower nasal passages but not much effective beyond that. As for sinus headaches, maybe it'll prevent them from coming on if you anticipate sinus problems later in the day but it won't really do too much if you currently have a bad sinus headache caused by sinus congestion.

Only homeopathic product I actually like
I wasn't sure whether this would help relieve my constantly swollen sinuses but figured it was worth a shot. I frequently use OTC Flonase/fluticasone but started getting bad nose bleeds. I'd then turned to Afrin/oxymetazoline for relief from severe allergies. After 5 days, I started getting the dreaded rebound congestion and turned to the internet. Reputable doctors online were recommending this product for longer term use so I figured I'd try it. This is by far the only homeopathic product that's worked. Initially, inhaling the spray is a strange and somewhat irritating (but not painful) feeling. But it quickly dissipates within about 30 - 60 seconds. I'm careful to let it sit in the nasal passage and not breathe it into my lungs since I do have asthma. So far I've used this product several times and gotten great relief without any rebound so I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot. The price is lower online than in the stores, but this package did come with a coupon for $1 off that expired in 2020 so I may look for sales or discounts at my local drugstore next time I purchase this item.

No pain, no gain
I have chronic sinusitis and have tried nearly everything for relief. I still use my Flonase but like to supplement it with Sinus Buster when things are really clogged. I get pressure in my cheeks, behind my eyes, and even into my ears, and when I use Sinus Buster I feel it making its way through all these cavities. I like that it's natural, so i can feel comfortable using it multiple times a day without dependency. Other reviews are correct: The results are temporary, as is the case with nearly all medicines. But it's the first "non-drug" remedy I've tried that really helps. And yes, it's gonna hurt, but it's worth it.

... bought this after reading Amazon reviews and am very satisfied with it
I bought this after reading Amazon reviews and am very satisfied with it. After a very dry, dusty, fall in Denver I was suffering sinus infections every six weeks and was looking for an alternative to antibiotics. I use this to drain my sinuses before bed and if I am stuffed up in the morning, and continue to use Flonase to keep inflammation down.

Don't waste your money!
I would not buy this again. I've used it for about a week and it doesn't help with my stuffy nose. It does burn, I was hoping that would clear out my nose but it did nothing to help. My regular saline nasal spray does a better job. I don't normally give reviews on products I buy, but because this stuff is worthless, I wanted to let others know not to waste their money. I have a chronic stuffy nose and try to stay away from OTC 12 hour nasal spray so I decided to try this. I'd like to get my money back but have read from other reviews that it's not likely they will send a refund. A few others have been waiting for a long time for a refund.
