To be light or dark!** A: Yes. I mixed mine with colors and regular glow in the dark paint. These paint have abit of a learning curve to them,they are fairly transparent so make sure to use a good base colour then apply these paints on top. I'm giving them 4 stars due to the fact it didn't matter how many layers I did some colours such as the blue or green would always dry abit patchy. Other than that they are really good paints and you get a fair amount in each tube for the price.
