Hard to rate this as I haven't needed it full services but it so far has been easy to clip to the harness and the lift. As I said for the harness I hope to never need to use this product fully.

Be super-careful when you get the lanyard. There is part of it that is enclosed in a plastic case. You might be tempted to open it up. Don't. There is a warning on the case not to cut it open, which is good. But I ignored it and had to make my own case.I used this while painting the house and using a boom-lift I rented. There's no way I would have been willing to paint in some areas without this as a backup.Set aside an hour or so to figure out how to wear it. There are helpful internet videos on how it works. it isn't intuitive.

Great works well in condor

Really needed a safety device that would not damage the vessels in the groin if it was deployed. Never had an issue that made one of them pop off the safety cord. Just knowing the guys were safe was all that mattered. Sold the man-lift and the new owner wanted the harnesses too.

Ordered these to go on fall-protection harnesses for electricians working out of bucket trucks. Right now, we can only assume they work since no one has taken a tumble. Appears to be well-made. Out of the 5 or 6 brands of harness.protection we have at working sites, Guardian is the most popular.
