The connector is different but you can purchase the proper one for about $10-12 also here on desertcart or just use any 2 wire connector - you aren't going to be replacing them again any time soon. Replacing the speakers is not a big job. The only modification needed to the van is to cut off (with a box knife) a small plastic tab that is used to align a notch in the the factory speakers with the door panel.
