**Q: Why my MS18 doesn't work?**
A: For first use, please take out the flashlight protection pcs.(it is between flashlight head and flashlight body). Then, screw it as tightly as you can.

**Q: How to use the lockout?**
A: When you see the lock sign on the OLED display, you can quickly click five times, until you see the unlock sign.

**Q: Does the fan be operated to a certain degree or when I start it?**
A: When the MS18 flashlight body internal temperature reaches 70 degrees celsius, the fans will be activate automatic to cool down.

I bought my MS18 flashlight in July of 2021, partially as a gimmick and partially because we go into the Appalachian mountains for off-roading and camping. You could get a lot of people talking and joking around a campfire with this thing. And at one point, a campsite neighbor mentioned seeing black bears and I got this out to spot them and was able to do so pretty quick. Anyways, flashlight is built well and works great. Can get hot, but if used properly it will last a long time. Once I had a question and reached out to Imalent, and the customer service was great. Even with the time zone difference, responses were daily and professional. They helped me get everything corrected and I could not be happier
