However, the lids are awful. So, unless they have changed those, don’t count on them being as part as the set. The bowls themselves are nice though! **Q: Could i use an electric mixer in this bowl?** A: Sure. I do it all the time for cake mixing. The surface does show it, though, so if you like the surface nice and shiny, you probably should not do it. **Q: Are these flimsy or sturdy when they are carried in one hand while full?** A: The bowls are sturdy and well-made and all the lids fit well except I have a problem with smallest Bowl the lid doesn't fit right **Q: I need to know the grade of stainless steel for this product, is it ss304 or ss201? Would appreciate reply from seller or customers please** A: I don't know the grade of SS, but they are very light weight. For this reason, I sent them back. I only wrote 3 stars for lightweight because they are not light. And I like that. They are strong with a little bit of weight to them. The rubber bottom is incredible. It doesn't budge. The lip on the edge is awesome and it has measurements on the inside of the bowl. So easy to clean as well. I haven't used the grater or slicer yet so I can't comment on that, but love the hole in the top for the electric mixing purpose. I freaking love these things. I recommend them to everyone. They should last me many many years. I have had them almost a year now. Love the grip on the bottom so it doesn’t move when i’m mixing stuff, also i’m clumsy and bump into things a lot and when i bump into it it doesn’t fall off the counter (yes it’s an issue i’ve had in the past lol) it may wobble if i bump it hard but doesn’t ever move.
