I would say that maybe if you had issues with hand strength or arthritis these might be a little difficult to use for you but I personally have had no problems even after doing many batches in one day- the tension has been just right for me and I've attached a video of using one.

If you bake cookies, muffins, cupcakes, or even scoop ice cream or batter, this set covers a lot of ground and does it well. The three included sizes are very practical. Having 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoon, and 3 tablespoon scoops gives you flexibility depending on what you’re making. Smaller scoops are perfect for cookies or portion control, while the larger one works well for muffins, cupcakes, waffles, or even scooping ice cream and mashed foods. It’s nice not having to guess or eyeball portions anymore. Build quality is excellent. The scoops are made from 18/8 stainless steel and feel sturdy and well constructed. They don’t bend, flex, or feel cheap, even when scooping thicker dough. The bowls are smooth and release dough cleanly without sticking excessively, which speeds things up when baking in batches.
