Professional sound, excellent build quality. I have had 2 pairs in 5 years, one for call center work and one for gaming. Both sets are still actively used and have not failed once.

i would really encourage ppl to stay away from these, i bought two sets, one for me one for my wife, spent $600!!! they worked great for like 6 months... then nothing, dead, threw them both away. Just buy something more reputable, this is really crappy product.

Ok, these headphones are expensive and the first pair I received were faulty, but all it took was one email and another pair arrived the next day, also Amazon gave me ample time to return the faulty pair which were collected by Amazon arranged courier. The headphones are really bloody comfortable, the cushioning is the softest I've experienced (and I've tried on a lot).The sound quality is spot on! My music sounds better than it has for years, from the softer sounds of Kate Bush to the hammer thumping barrage of Rammstein. I can pick out each instrument with the clarity that it was intended and get blown away by the bass quality.Although I may be 51 I still like playing games on the xbox, sat in the dark with the SB EVO ZXR on my skull, atmosphere oozes out of them. I love to get dragged into a game and get the feeling that your really involved, Movies don't bother me but playing games in the right atmosphere scares the s*** out of me, Brilliant!I use these headphones with as i've mentioned: Phone, Xbox and my Kindle and PC and haven't been dissapointed, As the saying goes - 'you get what you pay for!' My thoughts on this expensive but brilliant bit of kit........Excellent there are no regrets here!

I'll keep it short and to the point.It's a lovely headset - the build quality is top quality.Can't complain about the functionality - it comes with a bunch of stuff (see item details).The software is not bad too - you can change your audio profile much like the varying 'mood' settings on your TV (movie, sports dynamic etc).The audio quality is pretty good (not perfect, sorry, I'm an audiophile).Basically it's very good except that it was incompatible with my Microsoft Surface Pro for no reason. It should be. The Surface Pro is compatible with all Windows certified Bluetooth devices.The problem I experienced was that most of the time whenever I'm using is via Bluetooth it reduces my internet bandwidth to nothing. I'm sure this is a driver issue or something equally simple but the Creative support team and myself could not resolve the issue.I really didn't want to return them but I didn't buy them to plug them in.

bought two pairs of these for my sons, their feedback was that they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, battery of the wireless is good, sound is still as good when using the cable, strong and sturdy design meaning they are standing the test of time. not only have they been used on long car journeys but also for game play on the xbox one. They are both very happy with the sound quality produced by the headphones - would definitely recommend these.

These sound great, look good (subjectively), but they don't last. Through normal usage the plastic that attaches the left headphone to the metal bit where you adjust the sizing cracked and broke. I don't know if it can be seen in the picture, but some really cheap plastics being used in these which is a shameThe anti-noise cancelling is pretty poor though and sometimes they can be slow to send an instruction to your device or just cut which isn't good

The sound quality was very good when tried on both my PC and PS4. Crisp, clear surround sound was way better than anything I had tried however my voice over the mic was not very loud (the mic is contained in the ear piece and not on a boom) and crackly. I returned the item for a refund and will spend extra money to buy the new Astro A50s which sound awesome!
