Regarding this tea, I was surprised at the long lasting light flavor and gorgeous color. It is my first time trying White Tea. I recently fell in love with Oolong tea. Ok, although the bag suggests using 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 8oz glass (of course teaspoons by sight does not make sense since the leaves take up volume. I used a digital food scale.) I weighed out 1 gram of those beautiful needle shaped tea leaves. Placed them in my twisted to close infuser. Added 16 oz. of hot water about 190 degrees F as suggested with a little Splenda for sweetness, you can use non, sugar, or honey per you taste. Anyway, I let it steep for about 4 minutes and removed the infuser and enjoyed one of the best cups of tea I've had to date. I then went ahead and used that same infuser with leaves to steep 2 more cups!!!! Yes, he flavor of 1 gram of the leaves to me at least, was strong enough for 4 cups (32 oz.) of magnificent tea. Go ahead and order with assurance. Thumbs way up!
