I purchased two separate orders and one was missing a ball and from another order one ball came in flat. Now these balls are supposed to stick on the ceiling and come back down to you but not these they stay stuck in the ceiling. So that is no fun at all. I have sent a msg to seller to get my refund back but they insist on getting some pictures of defective items. But for some reason when I am on the messages file it doesn’t let me download or attach these pictures so now I have to download them on here for the reviews. Now I wouldn’t recommend these items because they don’t do what they are supposed to do. I no longer want these balls and I want my money back so if the seller can kindly refund my money I’d appreciate it.
