I took them spearfishing one night and they are fantastic and do their job very well.I used to have one of those yellow chinese 10 - 20 dollar ones and you can really tell the difference. Just the torrent is a huge upgrade from those ones. Sector 7 is amazing!I would really recommend this pack as this also comes with batteries, so I think it's a great deal!The only CON I found is that on the Sector 7, the switch does not lock (or the little thingy that locks it does not work), but it does not bother me at all. The large pistol type light is very bright and easy to use. I used it on a couple of day dives when it was cloudy. I also used it on a night dive and two centoe dives and the batteries were still going strong. I used the small light as a back-up and occasionally to look into small openings. It worked well for that. They are well made, battery life seems good and there was no issue with flooding.
