Review: Take it easy the 1st time that you plan on doing exercises wearing the shoes - These shoes really work but be advised to take it easy the first time you try them out. I'm learning the hard way after overdoing it, I'm a little disabled (calves recovering) after running a bunch of uphill reps for two consecutive days. The 1st night was a little soreness so I thought to myself "let's do it again"... big mistake,now I'm taking time off to let the myself heal but knowing me I'll be right back at it once I'm fully mobile again but I'll keep it down to every three days,see how it feels and take it from there. I'm a size 12 and they fit perfectly so I say just buy your regular size. They didn't arrive with a training video or any suggestions but there are plenty of YouTube videos on the different exercises that you can do. I suggest just regular walking the 1st time you try them out to get used to wearing them. Overall I think they're a inexpensive form of cardio if you're committed to put in the work.

These shoes really work but be advised to take it easy the first time you try them out. Not bad helped my kid jump higher

Bought these shoes in January of 2026 we are now nearing the end of September as I write this review. The shoes are made of good quality but are a bit narrow around the toes. I myself have a wider foot and figured they’d break in over time. Nine months in, they’re still snug around the toes but not a deal breaker. I’ve had one problem with the left shoe platform coming unglued but once reapplying some glue I have had no issues since. I’m 6’3 240lb guy so I tend to wear down shoes pretty quickly but these have held up well and definitely increased my calf muscles as well as performance in other leg exercises. The four stars was for the narrow fit and having to re-glue once, aside from that I would purchase again.
