My first time trying chia seeds. I was trying to find a low carb cereal substitute--something that didn't run up my blood sugar. I mixed these with some hemp hearts, stevia and coconut milk, nuked for about a minute and put a plate over the bowl to let it steam for a bit. Very tasty. Also works well with soaking overnight in the fridge if you're into raw. Also nice sprinkled on/in just about anything. The package lasted a really long time, too.
