Not great

I ordered two packs.In he first box I opened, the first black ink didn’t work at all. The printer wouldn’t even recognize the cartridge was in it.In the second pack, one of the black ink cartridges acts as though it’s working, but doesn’t actually print.The color ink worked fine and the other black ink worked okay.But I sure did not get what I ordered!
