I should start off by saying that I am a self-proclaimed coconut flour hater. I just don't like the stuff as a general rule.My number one complaint in the past has been that the texture of coconut flour goods is gritty. Not pleasing at all.Recently I purchased this to try a low-carb corn bread recipe. I went in with some pretty low expectations if im being honest. However, this was surprisingly different.My only complaint would have to be the price. It would figure that when I finally found a decent coconut flour it would be on the expensive side, right? That said a bag of this will last me several months, so all in all baring the price, I'm impressed.

I couldn’t find any coconut flour anywhere and tried this. Nutiva is my new favorite brand! We are a GF family and this flour has great flavor and super easy to work with

My husband and I are on the keto diet. He has used the flour for browning meat and i have used it to make keto friendly desserts.This is the first time i have used coconut flour but it has exceeded my expectations based on some of the feedback i had heard prior ro purchasing it.

This coconut flour is great to make coffee mug biscuits or short cakes. Perfect for Keto diets.

I usually hate coconut flour because of the overpowering taste. But this here is perfect. I have hardly any coconut taste in my cookies
