Doodle Through the Bible for Kids Paperback – April 1, 2016

We always start our homeschool day with devotions and Bible....this was a great switch up and lasted about half the school year for us. It included a Bible passage, sometimes a verse, sometimes a couple chapters. Then they are invited to draw or doodle about what they read. My kids, 11 & 13, loved it. I am sure it would better fit younger ages, but my kids love fun things like this and it was a great way to enter each day. I will be looking for something similar to add to our school day, but I think it will be hard to replace this gem!

This book is so cute!! We are a homeschool family who bought this as supplemental for our bible curriculum. The only thing I'd change is the quality of paper. It is very much like classic coloring book paper. Over all this is just what we were looking for!

Awesome little book for my budding artist. He doodles on every assignment anyway, why not give him a book full of doodling tasks? We use lots of different books that guide us through the bible in different ways and this was another great one. Each assignment is a 2-page spread with a bible verse (or verses) to read in your bible, then a few related doodling tasks - some serious, some funny. We do one spread every morning and have been exposed to many great bible stories. This is not a skimpy book either - 144 pages, 77 verse assignments. It's quite comprehensive. I love it, he loves it, highly recommend.

I ordered one to see about ordering several for my class at church, but am disappointed with the content. It seems to have more focus on details and less on the main truths of thev Bible. There is nothing from the book of Luke.

I'm in love with this doodle book, and I know my church children are going to love it as well! You can also use it for lesson plans and then the children drawl what will happen, or what they think will happen. It really helps them to think and use their creativity.

I love how simplistic the book is. It allows for great conversation. My 4 year old and 8 year old love working through this. We bought one for each.

This will enable children to learn more about the bible is an exciting and creative way.
