I have a figure I sculpted entirely out of Apoxie Sculpt that's about 1.25" tall and 1" square at its base, and it only weighs half an ounce. **Q: Does this product hold up outdoors?** A: Yes. **Q: Will it bond to a particleboard cabinet door with melamine laminate? Im hoping to repair chips on the bottom of a kitchen cabinet door.** A: The clay will bond well with the particleboard but the laminate is problematic. If you scuff it up fairly harshly it will bond. Unlike regular modeling putties, Apoxie Sculpt doesn't shrink. So the openings remain properly sealed. Excess is easily removed with wet sanding.
