Although I don’t think mouthwash will affect your teeth adversely, I do believe you should wait a a couple to a few minutes after you brush to get the full whitening benefit from the peroxide. It’s also noted that the hydrogen peroxide kills germs in the mouth too so it could theoretically prevent bad breath like a mouth wash. All and all it’s safe to use mouthwash and rinse alike. **Q: Do dentists consider this safe, or does it wear away enamel, if used every day?** A: I used it for the first time today. It’s really gritty.
