**Q: can you explain how to dilute the product?**
A: don't dilute
Merely use a small half cap full .........lots of soap

**Q: Is this safe to use on bmw's frozen paint? the paint is matted and was ceramic coated with g1 crystal laquer.**
A: Yes. The clear on "frozen" finishes meet the same standards, and G Wash is recommended for use with their coatings.

**Q: Is this body shop safe ? Can I use this in fresh paint .. and are there any silicones in it**
A: As far as I know it is since they are no abrasive in it however just to be sure you can contact a ceramic pro coating specialist, go on youtube  or just google it.  I use it because I had my car ceramic coated and it does not damage the coating. I would have to say it is safe to use after the paint is cured.

**Q: How much do you add to a foam cannon? My chemical guys Cannon has a line on the side but it seems like a ton of product.**
A: Check your settings. There are also inserts to reduce the amount of water going through the cannon to make soap use efficient if you have too powerful of a pressure washer
