I have purchased other liposomal vitamins from this manufacturer before and they are very high quality. This particular product has two ingredients that combine the anti-inflammatory qualities of Curcumin with the anti-aging, anti-oxidant qualities of Resveratrol (which can be found in red wine/grapes). Resveratrol is also known to support a healthy cardiovascular system. The liquid is easy to take, it has a tart flavor and can be mixed with juice. I prefer to take it straight or mixed with the IV for Life Liposomal Vitamin C which has a sweeter taste.
