Abri form comfort extra plus large brief 39" - 59" waist/hip. Non-woven side panels made from soft and breathable material, which provide a high level of security and holds the pad in place. Flexible tape ensures the best combination of comfort and security, even during physical activities. Ultimate leakage protection with barriers extended right to the edge, and a built-in cross barrier at the rear.

Review: Plastic backed, worth it - this product is by far the best out there in the industry. it is PE backed meaning it has the plasticky texture, not the cloth-like backing common with almost every other brand. these are very very thick, durable, and hold plenty, enough for roughly 12 hours. they might be a bit bulky to hide especially when full & swollen.
Review: Nothing else can match this product. - So happy to have these again, still the best product of their type. Soft, comfortable, rapid absorption and amazing wicking. So discreet and quiet for a plastic shell. I just wish that shipping were a bit less for a larger order to my location. These are not available in my location and the products that are simply do not measure up or even come close. If i could get a better deal on shipping i would make these my primary product again like they used to be.

**Q: Why dont the M4's come in Large?**
A: the letter refers to the size. s is small, m is medium, l is large.

the number refers to the absorbency level with 4 being the maximum absorbency level.

thus, m4 would be a medium size in level 4 absorbency.

you would need an l4 as the seller indicated.

So happy to have these again, still the best product of their type. Soft, comfortable, rapid absorption and amazing wicking. So discreet and quiet for a plastic shell. i have recently started to need protectoins all day long , before was just to bed(radom accidents), all other product leaked on me in bed exept 2 brand this one is one of them but having to wear allday id otn wan them to lower in teh back like the other does , the only sad part is caus eof my belly to be fat, it tent to slip down when i walk ( stoped with the help of wearing plasitc undies, ), but the same issue happend when iwore undies the u top lowered , in resume this product is a great product lesser leak(only leaked a few tiem in bed),(wish is why i choose now to sleep in cloth protections, (wish htey never leaks at al lbut are even bulkier(to bulky for day ) this product i can use several time (wish make save money cause they cost more, but with multiple use like i do its less expencives ( most other brand 1 accident and i changed (proectoing being about 1$ each, this brand i can easily have 3 or 4 accident no leak ( and theprotections cost about abit more than 2$ each so less expencives that way
